Post Alignment problems
The archive behavior:url(PIE.htc) generates alignment problems in IE7 in the other browsers it's ok but in iE7 the alignment go wrong.
if I remove the file of the CSS PIE.htc the buttons are aligned but without border-radius. I've tried everything, removing other parts of the css but nonting works. Thanks for you help.

I have in the CSS fot the buttons:
a.btn_az{
width:auto;
height:auto;
font-size:14px;
line-height:24px;
padding:3px 10px;
display:inline-block;
#display:inline;
_display:inline;
zoom:1;
vertical-align:top;
background:#209BD6;
color:#FFFFFF;
transition:all 0.2s linear 0s;
behavior:url(PIE.htc);
border-radius:5px;
-webkit-border-radius:5px;
-moz-border-radius:5px;
position:relative;
}

a.btn_gr{
width:auto;
height:auto;
font-size:14px;
line-height:23px;
padding:3px 10px;
display:inline-block;
#display:inline;
_display:inline;
zoom:1;
vertical-align:top;
background:#E5E5E5;
border:1px solid #D4D4D4;
color:#777777;
transition:all 0.2s linear 0s;
border-radius:5px;
-webkit-border-radius:5px;
-moz-border-radius:5px;
behavior:url(PIE.htc);
position:relative;
}

Post Re: Alignment problems
have you tried specifying min-width css to your buttons? i would also suggest to only apply padding on IE 8 and below with css hack
padding:3px 10px\9;
