Post Issues with rounded corners on IE 8
So if you see my site http://torbattles.net

Table on the "Home" page doesn't show rounded corners correctly

CSS:
Code:
.bordered th {
        background-color: #B28F00;
   background-image: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, from(#B28F00), to(#FFEB99));
   background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top, #B28F00, #FFEB99);
   background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(top, #B28F00, #FFEB99);
   background-image: -ms-linear-gradient(top, #B28F00, #FFEB99);
   background-image: -o-linear-gradient(top, #B28F00, #FFEB99);
   background-image: linear-gradient(#B28F00, #FFEB99);
   -pie-background: linear-gradient(#B28F00, #FFEB99);

   -webkit-box-shadow: 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.8) inset;
   -moz-box-shadow:0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.8) inset;
   box-shadow: 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.8) inset;

   border-top: none;

   text-shadow: 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.5);
   behavior: url(pie/PIE.htc);
}

.bordered td:first-child, .bordered th:first-child {
      border-left: none;
}

.bordered th:first-child {
      -moz-border-radius: 6px 0 0 0;
      -webkit-border-radius: 6px 0 0 0;
      border-radius: 6px 0 0 0;
      behavior: url(pie/PIE.htc);
}

.bordered th:last-child {
      -moz-border-radius: 0 6px 0 0;
      -webkit-border-radius: 0 6px 0 0;
      border-radius: 0 6px 0 0;
      behavior: url(pie/PIE.htc);
}

.bordered th:only-child{
      -moz-border-radius: 6px 6px 0 0;
      -webkit-border-radius: 6px 6px 0 0;
      border-radius: 6px 6px 0 0;
      behavior: url(pie/PIE.htc);
}

HTML
Code:
<table class="bordered">
   <thead>
      <tr>
                   <th>Category</th>
         <th>Statistic</th>
         <th>Name</th>
         <th>Adv. Class</th>
         <th>Server</th>
         <th>Guild</th>
         <th>Image</th>
      </tr>
   </thead>

...

//Last Row
$result = mysql_query($sql)
                        or die('A error occured: ' . mysql_error());
                     $i=1;
                        while (($row = mysql_fetch_assoc($result)) && ($i <= 1)) {

                              echo "<tr class='alt'><td>Damage Per Second</td><td>" . $row['dps'] . "</td><td><a href='profile/profile.php?user=".$row['username']."'>" . $row['toonname'] . "</a></td><td>" . $row['aclass']  . "</td><td>" .
                                 $row['server'] . "</td><td>" . $row['guild'] . "</td><td><a href='upload_img/".$row['dps_img']."'>Image</a></td></tr>";

                        }

What am I doing wrong? because i thought it handled shorthand? or is this an issue with pie2?

Make sure you've checked all the issues on the Known Issues documentation page.

Right off the bat I can see that http://torbattles.net/pie/PIE.htc is served with an incorrect content-type.
