The problem occurred on IE7 & IE8 when used border-radius without box-shadow,
please check my attached file.

PS. I have no problem on my previous labtop (Dell inspiron)
but my new PC

Other users have seen that happen when running IE9 in the IE8 emulation mode. It's a problem with the emulation, not with PIE -- it works correctly on real IE8 installs.

I recommend using separate virtual machines for each IE version, or a service like browserstack.com, for accurate testing.

It seem the problem is not from virtual machines because I checked from my laptop and it worked!

I'm not talking about virtual machines, I'm talking about the IE8 emulation mode in IE9. That is *not* the same as actually running IE8.
