i was experimenting with border-images and it all works fine except on tables (which is a pity, hopefully the next release comes soon). Now i have a requirement to use seperate images for the left and right border. Does anybody know if this is possible. I couldn't find it in the documentation.

I have found some blogs where people are talking about eg. border-left-image. But i didn't find it on mozilla labs and the w3c specs for css3. Can anybody confirm something.

Different images for sides and corners appears to have been in the old (like circa 2002) CSS3 Border module, but has since been removed and now the combined Backgrounds and Borders module spec only allows for a single border-image source.
