I've got everything else working here, but the nav button hover and current.
I've tried addeding position: relative to nearly every ancestor and giving a z-index. But still square corners mock me!

Looks like you need to fix your behavior urls to be consistent. I see at least 3 different ones in use:

behavior: url(/'PIE.php');
behavior: url('/PIE.php');
behavior: url('PIE.php');

You need to pick one that works and use it consistently. My bet would be on #2.
