What is the most correct method of implementing PIE over JQuery UI?

My site has been built to support JQuery UI. Elements that need rounded corners have the "ui-corners-all" class defined. I don't really want nor think that I need to create specific CSS code for all of these elements to define an additional "border-radius" style on them so that PIE will work.
