 Jquery Tabs not styles in IE with PIE

Post Jquery Tabs not styles in IE with PIE
Hi
Having issues using the plgin with IE 8, works beautifully across the site except with the tabs part for the opening hours.
Can anyone suggest some fixes to sort it out?

I'm not seeing the behavior being applied to the tabs anywhere. Am I just missing it?
