Love CSS3 Pie, saves my a tremendous amount of time not being forced to hack my own VML...

Would love to see support for the :target-pseudoelemnt available in CSS3.

Any plans on implementing it?

PIE's focus is rendering, it doesn't attempt to implement any selectors. Something like Selectivizr would be a better fit for that... I see on their homepage there is support for :target but only in IE8 standards mode. You might try asking them if more widespread support is planned.

Selectivizr looked interesting, until I noticed that it required a JavaScript lib. A generous list to choose from, but still.
