Hi!

Now that Github works on Windows, I'd like to participate to the development of PIE, but have some problems.

Could Jason (or someone else) explain briefly how we are supposed to read or work on the source code of PIE?

I mean, I know JavaScript, but I don't understand where to start with all these files.

Plus, on Windows 7, I'd like some help to run compiler.jar: when I execute it, nothing happens. Why?

Actually I'm stuck on the "Ant" setup part (http://ant.apache.org/manual/install.html)
I'll try to make it work on my Win7 and build PIE.js, then i'll come back with my questions


EDIT: God-of-lazy-programmers answered my prayers: http://code.google.com/p/winant/ => This installs ant on Windows very easily.
But I still have a problem when I try to compile PIE. (see attachment) It says "build.xml does not exist".
