We are facing issue of background color is not displaying on IE7 & IE8 browser.
We used a file "pie.htc".

What is happening.

When we select the top radio buttons it shows the background color till the "add new address" radio button.
But when you select the "add new address" radio button it displays a form below as per scripting, but the background color do not displays until we click or select any drop down values from "title * " or even if I tried to open the developer tool (F12), it shows the background color with the respective form.

Guys let me know if you have any idea how to fix it.

First, check that you've done the position:relative dance. If problem persists, you probably need to tell PIE that your elements have become visible, by firing an event. See here for an example.
