Post Border-image hover
When you use the hover psuedo-selector to change the border image you see lines appear where the grid is being drawn before it flips over to showing the new image. This happens in IE7 & 8. Once it has shown the new image once it's fine, just on the initial hover. Anybody have any ideas on how to eliminate or minimize the amount of time for that initial funkiness?

  #nav li a:hover{
    border-image:url('layout_imgs/nav_btn_border_hover.png') 10 14 10 20 fill stretch;
