If you view this page ( http://www.dynamicsitesolutions.biz/sme.html ) in IE7 or IE8 and rollover any of the 3 links that have a dropdown menu, you'll see what I mean (two links flash when you rollover the third).

Any ideas what could be causing this, and of course how can I cure it?
