I noticed that in IE8 elements that is tagged with "class" instead of "id" is not getting renndered by ccs3PIE.

Is this a known issue? How can i solved it?

No, it doesn't matter what kind of selector you use. It's likely that you're running into a different issue that just happens to line up with id vs. class in your code.
