Nope, didn't change anything, the correct content type is still being sent.

It's baffling, CSS3Pie definitely did work on Aug 2nd (see earlier post in this thread) but it hasn't worked since - and not just the examples on CSS3Pie.com, none of the live sites from other users (who have posted in ) work either.
I haven't changed anything on my PC, nor can I (it's locked down), and the IE version is 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.080814-1233CO
Any ideas?

If you have (or create) a verbose build of CSS3Pie that emits warnings & success/fail messages to the debug console I could run that in conjunction with to see where things are going wrong...

Thanks Marcus, that would be helpful. I don't have log messages in place currently but will try throwing some in for you when I get a chance (have been totally swamped recently). If you're comfortable with it you could try putting some in yourself.
