Hello, I've a FOUC (Flash of unstyled content) when I load a page witch use pie background (via the PIE.php). Is it normal?

There will of course be a fouc if the behavior file has not yet been downloaded. I find that in general once it's been downloaded and cached, then on subsequent page views there is not a noticeable fouc.

Ok but each time I refresh the page on IE9, the FOUC appear :/

If you're reloading the page then you're reloading the behavior
