I have tried the basic fixes to have PIE work on my secondary pages, postion:relative and messed with z-index.

But I am not seeing any results when I load the page in IE7/8 I may just be missing something. I have all my border-radius information in a separate Style sheet to easily manage and everything works on my homepage but it only loads for a split second and then disappears on my secondary pages. you can see what I am talking about at the URL's below.

It would appear you have another script (curvycorners?) running which is modifying the structure of the DOM and setting the target element's background to transparent, which causes PIE to also render a transparent background.
