can i use both pie and boxsizing(https://github.com/Schepp/box-sizing-polyfill) ?

i use this once

behavior: url(scripts/PIE.php), url(scripts/boxsizing.htc);

and everytime i hovered on the container the elements shrinks.

please help me understand this.
