Good morning/afternoon!

I am trying to implement PIE into my site and its not rendering at all, that is, the <css3container> tag isnt showing up on my page. I checked the path, and tried it both relative and full path and it wont load either way. why would this be? Also, does there have to be a border declaration to the css element for border-radius to work on it?

Now it sometimes is loading and sometimes not, and i noticed that when it fires off, if images are turned, it will display the background color without the rounded corners, then after pie gets applied, it all dissappears, like its painting a 'transparent' picture that covers the color up
