sir when i use pie on dot net aspx it works on local host but than the problem start when i publush and upload it on a host the rounded border disappear this is my style sheet plzz help if i am doing some thing wrong in it

You haven't given a whole lot of information so I'll have to guess at it a bit. When you see it working in one environment but not another it's usually due to one of:
a) one server not serving the correct content-type for the .htc file
b) the relative path not pointing to the correct location on one of the servers
c) something about one of the environments causing slightly different HTML output which forces it into quirks mode

azaan, remove the / before the URL for the PIE.htc file and you should see it work...

Do this:
behavior: url(PIE.htc);

...and not this:
behavior: url(/PIE.htc);
