Basically everything works fine on all other browsers except for ie8? The css3 pie linear-gradient works fine for the background of the nav menu buttons, but not for the input submit button in IE8? The problem is on " contact us" page.

The rendering element is slipping behind the background of some other element, due to a negative z-index. This is the common z-index issue described at http://css3pie.com/documentation/known-issues/#z-index
