Post Overlapping Corners
This is my first time using PIE. I have divs with two rounded corners and two square corners with 5 px border.

In IE8, the two corners are rendered correctly. The two square corners are overlapping or crossing where they meet. I found another post with this problem but I can't find anything that solves it.

http://css3pie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12&hilit=overlapping+corner

Code:
{border: 5px solid #0655a3;
    border-radius: 0px 15px 0px 15px;
    behavior: url(http://www.mydomain.com/assets/pie/PIE.php);
    position:relative; z-index:10000;
    }

I'm using IE9 to select IE8 browser mode to view this.

Is there a solution for this?

That other forum thread you linked to has all the info that's available about this. Including a link to the bug ticket, which if you follow you'll see it has been fixed in the latest master branch.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I'm a little confused. I did see that. Therefore I assumed that the version I downloaded just a few days ago 1.0.0 would have incorporated that. Is that the latest version?

I have just now discovered that I see the overlapping corners on my laptop, however, on my desktop the rounded corners don't appear at all.

The laptop is running Windows 7 Home Premium and the desktop Windows 7 Professional. I used both 32bit and 64 bit versions of IE 9 and developer tools to see IE8 and IE7..

I'm not sure what other differences I might look for.

I appreciate your help!

No, 1.0.0 is based off an older stable branch; the master branch is what will become the 2.x line. You can read a bit about the version plans here: http://css3pie.com/2012/05/15/pie-1-0-0-released/

You're welcome to try the master code but be warned you'll have to build the code yourself and there's a good possibility of other issues as that code is not yet stabilized. If you want to continue using stable code then there is no fix available for you, you'll need to use a different solution for this case.

I recommend against using IE9's emulation modes to do IE6-8 testing in general, as it is often inaccurate. See viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1206 for tips.

Thanks for the info. I doubt I would be able to build my own and I'm certain my client won't pay for it. So I'll have to do some education instead about browser differences.

I'm aware of the deficiencies of the IE browser emulation, but I do find them helpful none-the-less.

Again, thank you so much for for your responsiveness!
