I wanted to use the ie7-js http://code.google.com/p/ie7-js/ solution to fix several aspects of earlier IEs. When using IE8.js or IE9.js, csspie stops working in IE8, IE7, IE6.
Correctly said it works at first but later on reseted.
Is there any css property to easily fix this behaviour?
or is this a conflict in js?

This is a conflict between how the two polyfills do their work. I have not investigated the cause but I'm aware the two do not play nicely together. My guess is that either IE7.js is rewriting the CSS in a way that the PIE behavior is not able to attach, or it is modifying the DOM in a way that overwrites PIE's rendering.
