Post Re: Print issues: double backgrounds and broken layouts
Thanks! I've also successfully implemented this now.

I found that without the fix, the elements are visible while printing even when:
  • The elements they are generated for are hidden
  • PIE isn't used for print at all (media=screen in my case).
  • "css3-container"-elements are hidden in the print stylesheet

I know this wasn't the question but I'd like to see this implemented in PIE. Rather not risk breaking things than risk not adding support for border-images (and I guess border-radius) correctly.

Added edited version of the latest PIE with Pascals fix (both minified and uncompressed).

Why has this not been fixed yet? Seems like a pretty big issue. Behavior: none doesn't work, css3-container display:none doesn't work, and I'm left without a clue as to how to fix this. I'm not about to modify the "uncompressed htc" or whatever, because I know I'll just fix something up and end up breaking the whole thing.
