I just redesigned my site and am having issues with the dropdown menu falling behind the gallery images in IE and Chrome. I am not a code guru but know enough to get this far - I have tried the z-index all over the place with no avail, now turning to you in hopes of some help, and hopefully an easy fix to the solution. Thank you.

The website can be viewed live at http://www.jeffreyallred.com Notice on the non gallery pages, the menu displays correctly, over everything, except the flash elements on the portfolio pages and main page. I've tested multiple mobile devices, Firefox and Safari with great success..... IE and Chrome are being the problem kids.

The stylesheet resides in a CSS folder so the linking of it isn't proper if they're both in the same folder, pretty self explanatory...
