I apologize ahead of time if I am missing something easy, but this is my first web site that I have built.

I've read through everything I can find on this and other web sites to fix this, but can't seem to figure it out. After 3 days of searching I am about to pull my hair out.

I've tried both the htc and php files, having them in a folder as well as the root directory, and have changed the web site referenced from the long version to the short version.

Please keep in mind that this is a beginner's web site. It could be that I just don't understand the instructions or resolutions I've read. I am also still working on it (it's also on a testing server, not the final server yet.) Thank you in advance for your help.

Okay I've finally gotten a few things to work in IE8, but just not the rounded corners so far. I don't have any way of testing IE 7 or 6, though.
